Extracting audio from CD

Hi, I keep getting an error when extracting audio from CD from Media Pool for some tracks. It says "An error occured during the current operation. Error 0x800a0026 (message missing)". When I use the explorer to do it, it goes through the process of creating the wav file but no file appears, even where it was supposed to be saved. Any suggestions? Thanks!

It's better if you extract your wav files from cd with another software. CDex is a good one and it's free.

Part of the release notes for the 4.0a update mention fixing extraction of audio from certain CD drives. Are you using the updated version?

Of course, as suggested, using a freeware audio ripper will work well too.
