Extremely slow response while multiple tracks edit

Hello guys I'm using the Vegas Pro 18 build 373, and I'm facing the extremely slow response while working with a multi-tracks project. I am a wedding videographer and I usually use 3 or 4 cameras at the wedding. Every time I start my project I use pluraleyes to sync all the video and audio sources, that makes my project usually becomes 12 track or above, and when I editing my project, although I can preview smoothly in the preview window(Draft full or Preview full) , the overall response time (click/right click/moving the clips) is extremely slow, I have to wait 5-10 second for every step I've done. Is that anyway to make it faster, is it a bug on VP18? Since I didn't see like that on the former version Vegas Pro.

My computer specs:
i7 8750H, 32GB Ram, 500GB NVME SSD for system, 2TB SATA SSD for Data, Quadro P1000 graphic, Windows 10 build 20H2

Thank you!

Special reasons not to use the Multicam options of the Tools menu and or the use of proxies for the heaviest files?
