Facebook 1:1 video only have 640p quality option when uploaded

For context, I use Vegas Pro 13 to upload my gameplay videos on my personal Facebook page. I have the resolution of the video set as 1080x1080p for 1:1 aspect ratio as I've seen other pages do the same. Now, whenever I upload my videos the best quality option it gives me is 640p instead of 1080p since the video's resolution was rendered at 1080p and looking at the other pages' videos I see that they have the option for 1080p quality on a 1:1 aspect ratio.

I suspect that this has something to do with my rendering options because how can other pages have the option for 1080p when we both rendered it at 1:1 aspect ratio (1080x1080p). I read somewhere that the quality option "can" (not 100% sure) be increased if I render the video at something like 2048x2048 which would be too large in terms of file size for someone like me who uploads a lot of videos. If anyone knows anything about using Vegas Pro and uploading videos on Facebook, please let me know what render options you're using. Thank you!

Unfortunately this issue is seems on Facebook's side.

When I did a lot of square 1:1 videos last year, I noticed this issue as well, previously had 1080x1080, and lately just 640x640.
