Fail to register

Hi guys, I'm installing Vegas Pro 17 and it fails to register.
"The serial number you entered is invalid or may apply to another product. Error code -14"
Please help. It's too important for me. I must render video today!!!!!!

The last comment re what to do is from Vegas Creative Software staff.

Please note that this is a user forum and other Vegas Pro users (we're customers like you) are not able to resolve the problem, we can only suggest ways that you need to take to resolve the problem.
