Fails to load on startup

Product: I have Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 17
Problem: When I start Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 17 it starts to load then brings up the crash screen with the option to send a report.

What I have tried: I tried the Ctrl+Shift method, as well as moving all plugins to a plugin test folder. It is important to note I have also removed it from my computer and re installed it. I have also done the same thing and then downloaded and installed Build 143. It still crashes. Build 143 crashes the moment I click anything after the program loads.

Specs of Machine: I am aware I have a potato but the program should still run albeit poorly but it should still run.

- Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-6100U CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz, 8.00 GB RAM, 64-bit Operating System, x64 Based processor. HP Notebook, Running Windows 10.
