Failure to boot program Vegas 18

Hello and thank you for your help. I got a new computer and installed my Vegas 18 program. On this new device some of my Vegas projects do not open. If I show details on the error message I get the following details:

Your issue is with Fault Module: C:\WINDOWS\System32\KERNELBASE.dll

That's a Windows issue. Google and see if you can find a solution to it.

You say your PC is new, but give no information on it or its operating system. I have VP18 installed on my Win11 Pro with the computer spec'ed in my signature below. It works.
