Failure to start Vegas Pro 20.0(403) with Deep Learning

Upgraded Vegas Pro 20.0 (build 403) with Deep Learning update. Program will not start. I get all the way to Creating windows... and the program freezes. Windows 10 Pro, 22H2, 19405.2086, I7-980, 24GB RAM. Advice? Thanks.

Did it start before you upgraded?

Well, if you go back, you can't activate it without it being online. The 403 update came out a while ago....

Contact Support and let them know of your issue. And please post back their solution...
