yes you can by using the scrubbing keys J K L
L for fast forward
K for Pause
J for reviewing

press K with L for cueing forward
press K with J for cueing backward

I don't know how you find them. (Well I suspect that you use the web but you know what I mean).

See the trouble is, you rarely use the keyboard in Studio. The only shortcuts I remember are Ctrl/Alt/Del which I used a lot!

If you'd rather use the mouse, there's also the scrub control -- it's the slider below your track list. Also, you can scrub (move quickly forward or backward) directly on the timeline itself using the mouse and your CTRL key..

See page 54 & 55 in the manual.

If you want to go real fast, use your mouse above the timeline like you are selecting a region. It will allow you to zoom through the timeline. Then just deselect the region when you are where you want to be.
