Fast forwarding, slow motion and Replaying!

Hello,

I've got vegas pro 8.0 demo for another 30 days and i no how to fast forward and slow motion e.t.c! But how do you record it on slow motion or fast forward so you can save it in as that setting, so when you watch it it's slow motion or fast forward? if so can you make parts of the clip fast forward and other parts slow motion? (sort've like that billabong, roxy surf ad on t.v). How? Please help i've only got 30 days thankyou heaps

After you get your fast forward and slow motion segments figured out, render it out, preferably as DV-AVI (assuming it's SD video) for best quality.
This new clip will have your fast & slow segments and can be used anywhere you want to use it.
