FAT32/AVI filesize limit

I forget which it is a limitation of - FAT32 or AVI - but I am hitting a
4 gig limit in Vegas VideoCapture 2.0h and having it stop. I thought
VideoCapture was supposed to mediate this obstacle for you, and roll
it over into multiple AVI files? Could the fact that I don't have it set to
use AVI 2.0 be the issue?

It's a limit of FAT32.

The video capture utility in Vegas 2.0 can't handle the limitation
properly. Download and install the VideoFactory 2.0 demo (it's free)
and that will give you the new VidCap 2.5, which automatically splits
files into 4GB pieces. These can then be used in Vegas.
