FCP to Vegas workflow

A long project that i shot for a friend (and was edited on FCP) now needs extensive color correction. I would prefer doing it on Vegas as FCP is missing some crucial tools (or they work in an akward way)... So what would be the best workflow. Bringing in uncompressed QT...?

Uncompressed would work. Or (assuming a DV project) lay the program off to DV tape FCP, capture in Vegas, color correct, lay it back to DV for FCP.

At 90minutes long we are talking about 90 GB file here.... Is it even possible for eather to "accept" such large file?
