Haven't had a problem yet. Now, the browser just keeps spinning the "load" animation. I've tried to restart the computer, but it still won't connect (and no error messages, etc.)
Did you try logging out of Hub and back in again?
I will try that. Half the time I go to open file drop, it opens a free trial page for Vegas...
Still not working. I go in and it says that I need to refresh my login, and then I get this:
VP 21 pitch in my File Drop window...
Meanwhile, I have clients with perpetual loading going on in their email interfaces. I've tried 3setting up new drop invites - nothing works.
OK - now, I can get the link to work in Edge, but it won't work in Chrome anymore on the computer that was working fine previously. Chrome links connect on my main computer and my laptop, but the client computer still won't connect with Chrome, when nothing has been done to modify it. Why would i9t connect in an outdated browser, but stops connecting in Chrome (reboot, etc. already done).
I've had problems with file drop since I installed VP21 in August. It had worked in VP 20 but now it doesn't even work on that. I have reported it and gone through many login/outs and I too have been looking at the advert instead of the "send invitation" screen.
Today I discovered I can now send invitations out, so I sent them to my other email accounts but I can't get anything to upload from the link.
I got it to work in edge on one computer, but it still won't work in Chrome.
