When you downloaded the Video Factory demo, New filters automatically showed up in Vegas Video?

That's interesting.. So even though Video Factory is just a demo, having a registered copy of Vegas means those filters can be used without any demo restrictions? I might download that then.

Some but definitely not all of the new VideoFactory fx will work with Vegas (technical, not marketing reasons why they don't all show in Vegas).

All of them plus more will be rolled into Vegas 3.
