what i want to do is slowly shift a cookie cut from lower part of my frame and shift it up... but the only way i can do this perfectly is with numbers..

what i want to see in V8, is an XY locking button, much like the one found in the Event pan crop tool

Also, in the cookie cutter i want to be able to import my own gradations.. arrows dotn do much for me im afraid... lol
