I downloaded a filter package from JustAlex on youtube and installed in vegas 17 pro. They show up in Vegas, but when I click on the plugin then click add, it doesn't add it to the clip. The pan crop box opens without the effect on the clip. As you can see, UNREGISTERED shows up when I click on the preset. How come it doesn't work for me but works in his tutorial videos? Thank you in advance for any help I receive
