I have rendered my video as with setting: Magix AVC/AAC MP4... HD 720p 25fps (on Windows 10)... But, the resulting file is still too big to upload to my website. How can I make it smaller? This is a conference presentation, not a movie/video, so resolution isn't as critical.

There are only two things that affect video file size, Length of Video, and Bitrate used for render. You have to change one or the other to make the video smaller in size.
How do I change the Bitrate settings used for rendering. I stated what I was using, Magix AVC/AAC MP4 ... HD 720p 25fps. I presume those are related to what you call Bitrate. If yes, what [something else] should I look for? If this isn't it, where do I look?

@John-Steers Ok so you can customise the template. How much lower in bitrate do you want to go? What is the file size you are getting and what would you like it to be?
The Magix AVC/AAC MP4 ... HD 720p 25fps has a vbr with Max 16,000,000 and average 8,000,000. Make those figures 8,000,000 and 4,000,000 and your file size will almost halve. It won't be exactly half because of audio. The video quality will suffer though but it may be adequate for you.
My files are rendering at about between 1 to 2 gigs. I need them below 1 gig.

set bit rate to 2000000 CBT, mark only 1min to render a test file , check the file size and multiply by your duration. if it doesn't fit, change the bit rate.

Looks like you need to adjust the Video bitrate to just 1.2 Mbps for 1 hour 30 minutes duration. If just 1 hour, then 1.94 Mbps.

Ouch! Isn't that like VCD quality and less than half the max SVCD bitrate of around 2.6 Mbps back in CD video days. Max bit rate for DVD quality is something like 9.8 Mbps.
Even 60 mins HD (i.e. less that 720p) ideally needs the full 4.7GB of a DVD for good video quality.
1.2 Mbps will likely result in a pixelated blockiness mess - hopefully, the viewers will be understanding.
If the content of conference presentation is just powerpoint slides which is series of still, I think it should be okay having that low bitrate.
I just checked one of my client's recorded lecture classes via MS Teams Meet, rendered with Voukoder, and bitrate of all videos are less than 1Mbps, even less than 500Kbps!

Thank you all for you help with this. I finally figured out the best way to make my video file smaller was to us a compression software, which worked.
