Find duplicate clips?

I'm sure there is an easy way to do this, but I can't find it. How can I find duplicate files on my timeline? I know I've added certain clips to my timeline more than once.

Media effx are counted, but Event effx are not. Media effx are effx added to the media in the media pool.
