I only use Firefox and do not have a problem, but try this Mozilla page and see if any of their suggestions help.

I use FF and no problems here with any version of FF. (currently 40.0.3)
The only thing I can think of is, try removing the SCS cookies.
"Tools> Privacy> remove individual cookies" (under History)

I tried the cookie thing for Sony and the history thing but still no cigar. The other stuff is turned on as per the instructions. It also doesn't pick up music on one site (MY website, JJKIZART.com) ) but not all. I will continue to mess with it because it does work well otherwise.

I just re-installed Firefox and deleted the Sony cookies and it worked.
It's the little things that make you happy.
