Firewire switch

I just built a new system. I now have two systems I can work with using VV, but when I want to use my external monitor which is connected to my Sony DV camcorder, I would have to swap the Firewire cables. Does anyone know if there is a device I can use to toggle between the systems. Maybe a switch box. I found a Firewire hub at Fry's, but don't know if that would work.

Thanks much

Well, I just answered my own question. The Firewire hub works great. I can now toggle between the systems to preview out on my external TV, using my camcorder. When connecting both systems to the Hub, the systems will sense the Firewire card it’s using, I disabled the devices from connecting to each other. You will need to minimize VV on one system and maximized on the other to toggle between the two.

Did you get the IOGEAR 6 port firewire hub?

No, I forget which brand, it has 3 firewire ports and 3 USB ports. It cost $49.00. I was going buy the IOGEAR, but I think it cost around $79, didn't need the extra ports.
