FireWire/USB Mic Preamp Recomendation

Looking for a low-end mic preamp with 24/96 FireWire or USB connection to computer. Two channels OK. The M-Audio Audiphile USB @ $250 is close but is only 16bit.

Use is for Voice Overs into Vegas

All suggestions welcome.

Are you sure it's only 16bit?
I saw that it went up to 24/96.
From their product description:

USB recording:

• 16-bit/44.1kHz > 4-in/4-out

• 24-bit/44.1kHz > 4-in/2-out or 2-in/4-out

• 24-bit/48kHz > 4-in/2-out or 2-in/4-out

• 24-bit/96kHz > 2-in or 2-out

M-Audio Firewire 410. Mine works a treat. Sweetwater.com have it for USD399 when I bought it. Even with shipping costs to Australia I still save around AUD400 buying from them.
