Firewire Video boards

I need the names & recommendations of boards that take FW in & output analog composite video to feed an external monitor (so I can use the external monitor in VV4).

I just ordered the ADS Pyro A-V Link to do that.
Other option is Canopus ADVC-100

Got the Pyro for USD 139.
