First Attempt at making DVD please help!

I have "produced" my movie in Vegas 8 movie maker and rendered the movie as an MPEG2. When I open the file with the autoring software there is no audio.
I tried opening the rendered file in my dvd playing software and there is no audio there either.
Any ideas? You help is appriciated.

What render setting template did you use - some have audio, some don't (kinda designed to go into dvd architect (the ones that don't ))

[lol. Since you've obviously got DVDA as well (since you're posting in here also) you only need to re-render the audio, which will be quicker.]

If you did use a DVD Architect Template, then render the audio to the same folder as the mpeg video (giving it the same name -- except for the extension). Then DVD Architect should pick up the audio when you add the video mpeg (you can always add the audio manually).
