First burn - audio problem w/chapters

Seems like an odd problem. Authored a simple Single Movie DVD project w/Scene selection menu. Th ePreview works fine.
When I burned DVD - the movie plays fine if played from the beginning, but if I go to a chapter point , the audio does not play for 10-20 seconds

Did I do something wrong?

problem happened again. Worked around by creating markers in Vegas, but why should I have to do this
