First Play Option

DVD Workshop has the ability for the user to specify a media file that plays immediately upon inserting the DVD into a player (i.e. FBI warning message and such)prior to any menu showing on the screen. Can DVD-A do this as well?

Yes. Go to File | Properties... and on the general page specify the introduction media.

Yes, the manual makes reference to introductory (copyright, DD intro, etc...) videos. Read the manual, if you bought DVD-A then you have it.
