-First Post File problem Question...

I there, this is my first post on this board. I have 2 questions I need answers to so I'll get to it.

1. First off, I have VF 2.0c and when I went to open my graphics files the other day in the media pool, there was nothing displayed in the folder, so I went to show all files and that worked. When I opened my PSD file that I made, it had a white background instead of transparent. That happens to all my PSD files, what it up? It worked fine before.

Everything was working fine until yesterday, is there any way to restore the factory default settings, I think I did somthing because images don't even show up in the (supported media types) in the browser window, I have to go to (all files).

2. Ok, sorry this is so long, here is my last question.
Is there any way to open a real player video file in VF, cause when I tried it says (unsupported media type). Is there anyway around this?

Thanks for all your help. I really appreciate it.

You can reset all the VideoFactory preferences and options by holding down the Ctrl & Shift keys when you start it. Be warned ... this will even reset all the things you wanted changed!

Real does not allow any software to open their files for anything other than playing. There are a few utilities out there that will convert Real files to .avi or .wav, but they're Real tends to hunt them down and dispose of them as quickly as they appear.
