I think not because all Vegas Programs scan your hardware on VST audio and OFX video plugins. Your only way is to change temporaly the name of the VST location before starting Vegas and after a start you can try to rename that location again.

BINGO! I had thought about doing that but just figured it would still find them anyway. I just renamed the file folder and I can tell Cakewalk to search in that newly named folder. Thanks for the help!
