Is there a way that I can have a picture (usually portrait orientation) expand out to the edges of a 720x480 workspace? If I am placing a a portrait oriented picture in Vegas I wind up with black sides since I can't get the picture to bleed off the edges.

I have two graphics that explain this much better if I can send them to anyone.
