I copied a whole folder of old DC-10 captures to another disk to make room for new ones. Unfortunately, in some of the subfolders all of the AVI's got screwed up. I've tried half a dozen AVI "repair" tools on the internet with no luck. I think they're crosslinked, but I didn't want to mess with them before I am sure they can't be recovered individually.

I am getting the classic "Class not registered" error in WMP, although other files encoded identically in other folders are playing fine.

EDIT: I can't even upload the file correctly, it shows 32kb as compared to 690 on the drive -- guess I'm hosed.
