Fix out of focus portion of video

Can I redo the focus on a small portion of a video. I suppose I can split the part needing better focus, so that whatever I do only affects that one small segment. Is this possible with Movie Studio Platinum 13.0?

Yes, you can split and apply sharpening to the out of focus part to try and improve it. But it won't bring it back into focus.
