With regards to my earlier post regarding a message I was getting when I tried to capture in VV4 using an ATI capture card. A message came up stating an error had ocurred vidcap40.exe. I went into the details of the error message and to make a long story short this is what you need to fix maybe SOFO can send a message to ATI so that they can get this fixed with their next ATI Multimedia software. First of all, the problem is with the ATI software, what you need to do is change the file name in the folder ATI Multimedia/TV/AVBISurf.ax to AVBISurf.bak. You will miss out with closed captioning but it is well worth it. I read some earlier posts with people having problems capturing and they had ATI cards. Hope this helps anyone out there with the same problem.
