Flag effect

Dear friends, I would like to create a FLAG EFECT thru the WAVE Video FX (I made a 720 x 480 still image in Photoshop) but it is a little difficult to me to handle this effect. Could you please send to me a .veg file with an idea? Thank you. Ideas are welcome thru this Forum.

How do you copy the track FXs from the flag to the vegas text without doing it by hand for each keyframe?

I don't have time to look into this right now, but I suspect you might be able to put the text on a track directly below the flag, and then change the flag track into a control track for the text. Someone else may want to comment.
