You can make AVC/MP4 files that will play in newer versions of Flash.

AVC is a codec.
MP4 is a container.

There are AVC codecs in the MP4 container available in Movie Studio, depending on which version you have. They are called the Sony AVC codec, and the MainConcept AVC codec.
