i know, but quicktime will render it as a video file. Also, the file must be an swf

Interesting. Most flash animations I've come across are dynamic and depend on user feedback (mouse movement, clicking, etc etc). That certainly couldnt be rendered. If you want to get wacky, output the flash via NTSC and loop it back in via DV. :)

try it. it really works. nascar.com has a flash cartoon that they have every once in a while. i am able to convert it to a standard video file so that it can be rendered as a svcd.
