Flash movie backgrounds?

i just saw a menu made on the new iMovie DVD maker, and I think it was a flash movie. However it was done, it is very cool.

Is there a place to get flash movies? I know Stockphoto has a few for a couple bucks each, but is this able to be done, or close to it, in DVD Pro 5?

Well, remember that, whatever you load into the program, it's going to be a .VOB when the program is done with it. That's just the nature of DVDs.

So I'm not sure that there's a real advantage in using one file format for a menu background over another.
