Flashing issue

I insert some pictures in V5 and generated as a DVD, but when I play it on the dvd player, some part of the pictures looks like "flashing" on TV.

How to avoid the pictures in DVD keeping "flash"?

Not sure what you mean by "flash." If you are using photographs (still photos), then click on Custom in the Render As dialog and change rendering to Best. Also use "reduce interlace flicker" for each photograph.

If you are referring to a single frame of black, that is a different problem with a different solution.

If some of the brighter areas of the stills are "flashing", you might also want to use a "light" Gausian Blur.
