I have a problem that I need to resolve. I have a VHS tape shot from a well worn VHS-C camera at a local highschool. It'a the regional championship from last spring. The problem is flicker, mainly in the red or maroon. However you can see an oceralll flicker on the whle screen (TV) that is accentuated in the red and maroon areas. Would a little blur help this? How much.
