I can't seem to find the answer to this question - so here goes.
Last dvd we made, there were several places that the video seems to flicker, or flutter when it was watched on a tv. We never saw the problem on the computer monitor - but after it was rendered, and burned onto a disk using DVD Arch 5 - the flickering occured. It seemed to be only during some of the fades that we had put it, but by no means all of them. Can someone point me to a solution? Thanks.
