Flip event

Hello!
I want to know how to flip a event. Not reverse, I want the event to play in normal order though I want the content to face the opposite way from the original shot...like flipping a negative.
I hope this makes sense and I look forward to any thoughts.

Open the PAN/CROP window, right click in the middle and there is a flip horizontal or vertical option.

For an event: Open then Event Pan/Crop window and then right hand click and select Flip Horizontal (or Vertical).
For a track: Open the Track Motion window and do the same as above.
