Flipping video? Left to right

A piece of my video has a character that I need to reverse- flip it so they are looking right instead of left. I looked thru the video FX but couldn't find it. Seems like something basic to have.

It's not an effect.
It's called Event Pan/Crop.
Split your video in two spots and drag the edges to create the clip you want flipped.
Click on the Event Pan/Crop button on the right of the new event,
Right-click in the Event Pan/Crop screen, and choose "Flip Horizontal."
You're done.

Thanks, I found the "Event Pan/Crop" in the list by just right clicking on the event. Then right clicking to the right of the image brings up "Flip Horizontal" as a choice. Choosing that flips the "F" outline backwards and my clips are reversed!
