Fluorescent light flicker

Hi, can someone explain me how to reduce or eliminate image flicker produced by fluorescent lighting ? Thanks in advance !

a combination of terms: camera shutter speed / exposure duration / emulated film stock sensitivity

Thanks RB ! Unfortunately the video is already shooted. I was wondering how could I solve this problem in post-production. Could it be done by combinning certain effects in Vegas ?
