Font renders bad in 16:9

Hi, Does anyone know why the fonts render so badly in 16:9 and really good in 4:3 settings in the software?

You will need to post complete information about your project, settings and workflow to get any meaningful answer to your question. There is nothing intrinsically different about rendering a menu font in a 16:9 project as opposed to 4:3, if that is what you are suggesting.
