I spent 1/2 an hour trying to do that but there are no options to speak to anyone about this, using the phone numbers on the support page. Is there another number I can call?
You go to "My Account>My Support" and then click on "ask a question".
Under "Category" you click on "Activation" and a drop down list will appear. Select "License Transfers". Fill in the other values as requested. I have used it three times and it has worked every time. I have never needed to speak to anyone.
