Can someone help me 2 be able 2 send a friend a recent video I did I am exhausted of idea's please help!

I recorded on a olympus digital camera it uploads in quicktime I then do my editing with vegas pro and every upload I have tried has failed thus far ( youtube, facebook, yahoo via email, yousendit) none of these work it uploads 4 over 24 hours then fails. The video is only 40 seconds.

Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions?
