formatting a video PLEASE HELP

Hey everyone. I have a question. I have sony vegas plat. 10 I need to shrink a video down to mp4 form and 112 x 48 to run the video clips on an LED display.

can this be done?

You may need to use a third-party video encoder for this.

I don't believe Vegas MS lets you output to a custom frame size.
