I was looking for a tool to convert mp4 to MTV. My favorite FormatFactory doesn't do it and neither does vegas. I stumbled across this free tool that just blew me away with all the options.

I downloaded it and gave it a try. I was surprised on how will it did. There was no virus but during download it will try and add some kind of toolbar which I refused.

I think this free tool is a must have when doing a convert.
