I want to edit a video track by cutting a bit of content from the start and the end of the track, but I don't want Vegas Studio to re-render the project, I just want it to save the new edited MPEG file. I am told that Vegas will do this if I use smart render feature (which I think is the render as option) and if i do this Vegas will not render all content on save, as long as I do my cuts on an I frame. So my question is, how do I identify what is an I frame or B or P frame, using Vegas Movie studio 9.0b(Build 92)? I can select any frame in the track but don't know how to identify the frame type.
