I am useing Movieo Studio 8.0 and I have a DVD internal Drive in my computer.
When I put a DVD into the drive I can Inport DVDs to Movie Studio.
When it is doen inportting DVD Clips into Movie Studio I can drag them to the timeline tto edit them.
But my q/a is if I just highlight any of the DVD Clips that it just inported at the bottom of the Media Window it displays the Clips Properties.
Frame size 720 x 480 and Frame rate as 23.976 Frames Per Sec.
Why is it not 30 Frames Per Sec or even 29.97 Frames Per Sec??
That is the NTSC Standard.
DVDs are so good in picture why is the frame rate so low????
