framework error

When attempting to install an update I get an error message #25015 which is a framework error. I was able to get arround the error when installing the original program but cannot when trying to install the latest update.

c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727\microsoft.visualbasic.vsa.dll

It's a .NET permissions problem. Make sure your user account is an admin.

Thank you Eugenia!! You sent me in the right direction and the problem is now solved. I went to C:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727 and deleated the file. I then went back and installed the vegas software with no problem. Thanks again!
