Free Vegas Halo Effect @ NewBlueFX

I was curious about NewBlueFX mentioned in the press release and found their site:

They even have a free effect for Vegas you can download.

Thanks for the info and link. I have downloaded the effect and it integrates perfectly. Interesting results!

Ok, downloaded and installed it - now how do I use it?? Can't seem to find it under Effects.
