So I've removed everything that I can imagine may be causing Vegas Pro 10e to freeze, including standard definition video mixed with HD etc, text.
Now this is about as simple as you can get with audio and video tracks, and a bit of text.
Things seem to go swimmingly for a while, then the same action returns.
Screen goes white for no apparent reason, when timeline returns, any movement of the cursor sends the hourglass going followed by white screening.
Needless to say the producer is unhappy, as we stare down a deadline on this project.
Stymied.
